Ah, okay then. Still feels and looks a bit weird, though.
Probably just so the recent ones are first.
Chose those wheels because they were only ones that worked with the sprite.

@Ton: Close,they're taken from the Sonic 2 Drill Boss in X-Zone of Sonic Advance, and given the Sonic 3 & Knuckles colors.
Aren't the wheels taken directly from the Sonic 2 Drill Boss?
This looks more Sonic Advance style TBH, especially the wheels.
