The outside of the World Tree that you would see as you climb the whole of it. The first room example shows you coming out of the kingdom and into the area with the tree. When you got the rocket jump ability, you could fly upward until you find one of the fountains floating up high that you needed to activate in order to restore the water in Eolis during the 2nd Quest. The second room example shows the entrance to one of the fortresses with a hidden room beneath where an optional skill was hidden.
