Not sure if it's Chalong or Charon. Oh, well. It was a wizard that would patrol areas and throw fireballs. Idle, walk (not a good one), turn, cast spell, robe (upon defeat, the robe would burn up), skeleton (when defeated, his skeleton would pop out of his robe, fly backward, and burn up), fire effect.
