Still freakin' insane that Phillips was developing their own sequel to SMW. I wish I could see how it'd have turned out, it'd have been historic! Maybe if they focused on this instead of Hotel Mario, or Zelda's Adventure...

You know that this game was scrapped during the development, right? So this was never been released to the public... at least we can see sprites from the unfinished game at least!

wacky worlds walked so wonder could wrun

damn imagine if we had at least ONE cutscene from this game

What if someone revived this project?

I like @DMNLinton's one better

No, Mario's Time Machine 2: Earth

@Crafty I have a better name: Mario's Time Machine 2: Electric Boogaloo

I really like some of the concepts here, but I think it would be more fitting if the title had something to do with time travel? Cause that’s the vibe I’m getting from these Sprites, maybe Super Mario: Time Travel Trouble Or Something Like That

@Sonictheoofhog4: Well not everyone knows that...

M3R10O, i know. i could tell because the name is called WACKY WORLDS and it uses smw sprites

@Fat Try opening a CD-I emulator and disabling sprite layers, then take a screenshot on window mode.

Is it possible to rip the backgrounds?

Oh we can zoom all the way to the moon on this great wide *wacky world!*
Pauline knew about this game...
Pauline knew about this game...

@M3R10O I think we were already aware of that, actually.

Spoiler:This game was supposed to be a sequel to Super Mario World

Man this game had potential. I wish this was released instead of Hotel Mario. Then again we would not have those amazing cutscenes.
