Imagine if one day to another the hole gets bigger and Mario just disappears from this icon, wandering the entire website but nobody knowing his whereabouts.

This is the first time we seen a living piggy bank.
The first thing I thought about the icon was: "Trying to get coins? Bang the wall with a hammer, and then you get profit!"
Mario breaks the icon using his hammer letting the real coins free but as a consequence, creating a blackhole that will consume the entire .ZIP file
Well to be fair, most things seem to be "alive" in Mario, and this had already been established to a degree. Still rather violent, though.
It does beg the question why the piggy bank was alive. (Some YTPs have made fun of this by having the thing scream in pain once Mario hammers a hole in it)
