Out of all the shows represented in this sprite sheet, I saw Little People, LazyTown, Clifford, Boo, Bob the Builder, and Barney and Friends.

And yes, I watched them on Discovery Kids growing up in Puerto Rico.

Here is the list of the characters I know that I just want to clarify:

The Pink Kermit-like character is actually Tubb from HIT Entertainment's 2003-2005 show Rubbadubbers.

And the Blue Robot is Tiny, the central character from Little Robots, a show created by Cosgrove Hall Films and aired from 2003-2005 and aired in the UK and USA.

Why this pic is trying to make me cry?

Maybe becuase I used to watch those shows when I was a kid...?

Why is this even in the game files?

@Doc von Schmeltwick who also had one of the most annoying catchphrases you could imagine as he said it in every episode, you wanted to rip your ears off. (For those wondering, he would scream "SWIIIMMMIIIINN!" in an annoying excited tone)

As for the other characters, I believe the pillow-looking guy is from a series called The Save-Ums, the main character from Little Robots, a character from Little People I think?, the creepy box guy is from a show called Cubies, and the ragdoll is the titular character from a series called Boo!. They're obscure most likely due to being from the BBC (Besides the Little People character)
Would I recommend any of these shows to your kids? Hell no! Because they were a pain to sit through when kids were around.
(Uncanny valley CGI even in 2003!, annoying voices and catchphrases, and treating the recommended audience like morons)
