@Gaia Browser games were like the Wild West of gaming as much as mobile, the Atari 2600 or the ZX Spectrum. Some were properly licensed, made to promote something (like the old Nabisco games or to promote a console game), ports of games like what Digital Eclipse had done, even original games. Others were made as a meme before the term existed, fan games and unofficial ports of games, usually older stuff or Tetris. There might even be porno. It was down to accessibility, providing that the browser supported Flash, Shockwave, Java, ActiveX or whatever it could run on any computer.

Some of these were traced back to the likes of Newgrounds and this is one of them. They aren't bootlegs, they aren't fan games in the typical sense (even if Barack Obama was a popular president). It's just a part of the creator's sense of humour and what they like I suppose...
