@Austin not really but every time you collect a blood orb (10 to complete a room in normal mode) one appears and it has various attack patterns depending on the world you're in (world 1: spikes if touched, world 2: automatically triggers itself after a short cooldown, world 3: constantly lit). Despite all that, they're completely stationary
