@Universal Foxes: And don't forget, Mega Man's MM8 sprites were also able to work on the Game Boy Advance.

True. Mega Man's MM8 Sprite were able to work on SNES and PS1, so I guess that makes sense. It reminds me personally of 32-Bit sprites, I guess.

@Universal Foxes While it is pixel art, it does not appear to adhere to any limitations present in older consoles. Although if I'm not mistaking, a sprite like this could work on the SNES, the Game Boy Advance, PS1, Sega Saturn, and Nintendo 64.
