Yea Luigifan,i agree.Only few people do it.It may be because it's all in one file,so you can't keep all files for different mods.The only reason i never submitted my outline thingy is because i'm still working on it.
Why do people never make this part of their mods? It should be easy enough to make an outline of your modded character.
