I highly doubt this, Nintendo has been allowing all sorts of 18+ content when it comes to games on the Switch. So much, In fact, Sony's censoring more than them. If they're ok with having a game where you screw an anime chick, then I assume FNF could live on the Switch uncensored.

if the game does get ported to the nintendo switch, i believe something has got to be censored.
