It seems the submitter included the first frame of the miss animations (which is also the same as the first frame of the singing animations) as part of the singing animations, which is honestly a pretty big--yet understandable--oversight.

I can easily see this taking a while to update, simply because WeekEnd 1 added so many new sprites for Pico.
what about his death sprites from WeekEND 1?
Well the miss sprites are now used in normal gameplay thanks to WeekEND 1.

@builderman pico's school pico? go to picos school on spriters resource if there is, or go find sprites for him in other ways
@builderman i think that someone opened an FLA file of the original pico's school, simply extract pico from there and he should be able for use. you may also be on the look for a sprite sheet. here is one https://www.spriters-resource.com/browser_games/picosschool/sheet/153085/

fun fact: the miss sprites technically are used, if you go into debug mode and change "bf" to "pico", then press enter to go back into the game, you can see pico's miss sprites when you miss a note
