@TheofficialCL No, it isn't. Mostly not, at least, but it still suffered from people abusing the system. There was some controversy in 2020 (three years after it had shut down) when it turned out the owner of an already questionable private server was a complete pervert, but the game itself is pretty nostalgic to a lot of people who were young in the late 2000s and early 2010s.
Isn't Club Penguin an online hangout for perverts?
