That's really just because the arcade machine uses the RGB color space rather than YPbPr.

fire mario should be here as he is more yellow in this version of the game

This game's levels are similar to the NES version. There are noticeable differences between them. Like, the Arcade version has more pits, items in different boxes, and different Warp Zone selections in a couple levels.

@teh_supar_hackr: Ah, okay. DekoTheDragon also confirmed that there is in fact a World 36, but for obvious reasons it is normally inaccessible.

+EXEcutor-The-Bat Unless there are Switch exclusive changes to the sprites or levels, then it should'int be on the Switch on this site because of how it was originally an arcade game. I did'int know of any changes between the arcade version, and the Switch version.

Before anybody asks (although they wouldn't ask here), it is NOT possible to get to the Minus World/World 36 without hacking. Seriously, a few blocks that are used to perform the glitch in 1-2 are completely gone. Oh, and maybe some weird design changes for levels as well. (Shouldn't this game be in the Switch section too since technically it was rereleased there?)
