yeah there are portraits with their alternate pallete including the original pallete iirc it's the character select portraits
Yes, as with Street Fighter III: 2nd Impact, the returning characters each have a new default palette while their original colors were mapped to Roundhouse. Only during the attract mode do the returning characters use their regular colors on their Victory Portraits.
Also, IIRC, the characters display their default palette of this game regardless of which palette was selected.
In the next game in the series, Vampire Savior, all characters have their regular colors for their default palette.

Hmm. You might want to have them in their default palettes and include the other palettes in the form a sheet.
