Ah got it
many colored bits in this game cycle but the ones used aren't consistent between levels, the only colors modified here are the Hulk's arms because their default color makes them the same color as the body, and the Electrodes' first frames are the red they use in the first wave, everything else is exactly as it appeared in the graphical data
Colors don't seem right, there should probably be a recoloring guide or something
