Crazy Otto is SUPER crazy!!

Who?

@Sonicspritemaster Both you and Rainbow Question Mark are right in a way...
It started off GCC reverse engineering Pac-Man to make Crazy Otto and showed it to Midway who had the US rights to Pac-Man. They liked it and with the blessing of the late Namco boss Masaya Nakamura made the game very quickly (apparently took about 2 weeks). So for a while this was a sequel to Pac-Man (games like Pac-Man Plus are considered an expansion). After the split between Midway and Namco, Namco considers Super Pac-Man to be the sequel as it was done by the original creator but still included Ms. Pac-Man due to its popularity and used the character. Now with AtGames having the rights from GCC and Bandai Namco replacing her with Pac-Mom, Ms. Pac-Man is now completely non-canon.

@Rainbow Question Mark Actually, no. This was the sequel to Pac-Man. (Well, at least to me.)

Literally a ROM hack of Pac-Man, made by Midway.
