@PixelCrunch: Ripping from fighting games is a time consuming thing. Large sprites, many poses and if the fighting game doesn't have an animation viewer or even able to remove backgrounds, then it would take longer to do.
If you look here, you notice that many of the big fighting games (Street Fighter, King of Fighters, Mortal Kombat) don't have much and that is why. I would even go as far as saying that it has more than what you expect due to the popularity of JoJo.

@Soldado BRabo That's the recovery sprites when you press all the 3 attack buttons when you're launched from a heavy attack

He Only Appears As A Boss Character Controlled By AI.
I Did Not Have Found Cheats To Play As Him But I Think Mugen Creators Ripped His Sprites From Game Files.

@Puuppyy: ...Sooooo you're admitting that you stole sprites from a MUGEN character regardless. Good to know.
DIO (High) and DIO (Jacket)'s sprites are from MUGEN. Jacket Dio barely has any of the sprites that DIO actually has ingame. If you want to know how to rip these sprites, just let me know.
