d'oh!
I'm not denying that it's well-made, but that Homer is kinda creeping me out.
I found it in a pack of Pac-Man rom hacks for use with HBMAME on Youtube. Most of the hacks are pretty bad, but this one is one of the good ones.
I never thought someone would actually decide to make a hack of an arcade game. I know about ports being hacked and bootlegged arcade machines but never a hacked arcade rom. I applaud it for the effort in it and hacking an arcade game to have a Simpsons skin

The way this looks like it's genuinely the Simpsons all the way down to the way the sprites are drawn makes this one of the best sheets I've seen this year.
