I'm seriously worried about the women in the photos. These are seemingly real photos of real naked women, so where are they now? Are they ok? Did they consent to putting nude pictures of themselves in a public arcade game? Who asked them in the first place to do so? Do they know them? Do they regret their past choices? Are their families worried about them?
Sorry if I'm flooding the comments, but I am genuinely concerned about this situation and I find it oddly disturbing.

Most older pornographic games seem to be falling-block puzzle games, it seems. Probably just simple to code and simple to shoehorn that in to distract from the repetitive gameplay.
