I'm pretty sure 2 of these (top and bottom-left) are actually meant to be (or at least caricatures of) Darren Robinson and Kurtis Blow from their jailhouse rap scene in Knights of the City which this game sampled for one of its music tracks, same facial hair/clothes for the latter and the former looks based on a close-up shot of him beatboxing
Anyone else think the guy in the red hat looks like the big skull ghost from Symphony of the Night, except with skin?
