@YoshiFan64 I suppose so that the background is complete, if they would include it, a part of the tree would be seen.
I've always wondered; since the tree was in the original E3 2014 background, were they originally intending to include the Super Acorn? And if that's true, why did they leave out the Super Acorn in the first place? We may never know.
